An orphan's typo brings a disguised hellhound and the Devil to her defense against relentless bullying.
Episode 1–8English
Six-year-old Poppy, orphaned after her parents died saving others, lives alone in a dilapidated shack and endures daily torment from classmates. On Christmas Eve, she accidentally mails her wish list to Satan instead of Santa, prompting the ruler of Hell to dispatch Cerberus — stripped of two heads, wearing a red bow, and renamed Pippy — to guard the child. The hellhound speaks to her, drives off an intruder, and becomes the family she has never had.
When a bully named Tyler escalates his cruelty, Satan manifests as a colossal shadow to scatter the children, suffering black lightning wounds for violating infernal law. He later adopts Poppy as Lucifer Morningstar to block the orphanage from taking her. On Christmas Day, he storms Heaven, scorched by holy light, to retrieve her parents' souls for a final farewell.
