A bride walks onto a dragon sacrifice boat after her groom abandons her for another woman.
Episode 1–4English
In Holomir, tradition demands the groom haul the wedding boat across the Sacred River or watch his bride vanish into the Dragon Shrine forever. Elara Vale sees a vision of Adrian choosing his apprentice Vivienne the night before the ceremony, yet she still waits at the riverbank hoping he will appear. He never arrives, and she refuses to plead for his return.
Elara rides to the capital and witnesses Adrian and Vivienne together, confirming the betrayal with her own eyes. She returns home and steps onto the sacrifice vessel alone, only for Adrian to reappear begging her to stay. With her grandmother and the Dragon King beside her, Elara leaves her old life behind instead.
